When it comes to advice on your health where does the truth lie? I don't think that advice from high profile celebrities is the the answer.
Remember most celebs are just trying to be thin. Thin does not equal healthy or fit.
I believe, no, I know that everyone should strive to be healthy first and fit enough to enjoy life at the level your endeavors require second. You will be as thin as you need to be if you pursue health and fitness first.
Without your health what do you have?
That reminds me of a quote I once read..."Those who choose wealth over health will lose both." What motivates the Hollywood elite? What are they choosing and what will they lose in the long run?
Check out the link below for some thought provoking information on what celebrities think is "healthy" living.

In my opinion if you want to be healthy seek advice from fitness experts that follow scientifically proven techniques and athletes that live healthy and fit lives.
Who would you rather take health advice from? Kelly Slater? Oprah? I'll take the healthy, fit, thin guy who can shred Pipeline in December.
